To join the Program, you must submit an application. All applications are manually reviewed, and approval is at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with our standards or guidelines.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
You agree to promote Desktop Hub in a lawful and ethical manner, complying with all applicable laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
Affiliates are prohibited from:
- Using paid search bidding on the “Desktop Hub” brand name or variations thereof.
- Engaging in spam, misleading advertising, or any other form of negative promotion.
- Making false claims about Desktop Hub’s features, benefits, or pricing.
You must disclose your partnership with Desktop Hub in all promotional communications, in compliance with applicable advertising guidelines (e.g., FTC).
Affiliates may not earn commissions on purchases made using their own affiliate links, or those made by employees, agents, or close associates of the affiliate. Desktop Hub reserves the right to withhold commissions for self-referrals or any attempts to manipulate the program.
Affiliates may promote competitors, but any misleading comparisons or negative marketing against Desktop Hub will result in removal from the program. Affiliates who primarily promote Desktop Hub competitors may not be eligible to participate in the Program.
Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to self-referrals, artificial traffic generation, false sign-ups, use of unauthorized discount codes, or misrepresentation of Desktop Hub’s products, will result in immediate termination of the affiliate’s participation in the Program. Any commissions earned through fraudulent or deceptive means will be forfeited. Desktop Hub reserves the right to review and withhold payments if fraudulent behavior is suspected.
4. Commissions and Payments
The commission structure can be found on the
Desktop Hub website and in the
affiliate portal. Desktop Hub reserves the right to change commission rates and terms. Any changes will be communicated to affiliates via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
Affiliates will only receive commissions for new customers who subscribe to a Desktop Hub paid plan through their affiliate link. If a customer was already registered with Desktop Hub before clicking the affiliate link, no commission will be paid.
Referral cookies last for 60 days. If a user clicks on your affiliate link but completes their purchase after this period, the commission will not be attributed to you.
Payments are made via PayPal and require a minimum payout threshold of $100.
Payments are processed 30 days after a referred user subscribes to a paid plan, to account for Desktop Hub’s 15-day refund policy.
In order to receive payments, affiliates must provide valid payment details in the affiliate portal and complete any required tax documentation. If payment details are incomplete for more than 3 months, any earned commissions may be forfeited.
If a user disputes a charge after a commission has been paid, Desktop Hub reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from future payments.
Affiliates are responsible for all fees, duties, taxes, exchange rates, surcharges, and other expenses incurred in receiving payments.
5. Intellectual Property and Marketing Guidelines
Affiliates may use Desktop Hub logos and promotional materials provided in the
Desktop Hub Media Kit available on our website.
All marketing content must adhere to the specifications outlined in the Media Kit.
No approval is required for content creation, provided it respects the brand guidelines.
Affiliates are prohibited from altering Desktop Hub’s trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property.
6. Confidentiality
Affiliates agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared by Desktop Hub, including but not limited to business strategies, customer lists, and pricing details.
7. Term and Termination
This Agreement becomes effective upon acceptance into the Program and remains in effect until terminated by either party.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with 30 days’ written notice. If an Affiliate violates the terms of this Agreement, Desktop Hub reserves the right to terminate their participation immediately and withhold any outstanding commissions earned through fraudulent or non-compliant activities
If the Affiliate’s account is terminated due to a violation of this Agreement, all future payments owed to the Affiliate will be withheld.
If there is no substantial activity on an Affiliate’s account for 1 year, Desktop Hub reserves the right to retain any accrued fees.
8. Modification of Agreement
Desktop Hub reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon notification by any electronic means, including but not limited to email, our website, or the affiliate platform.
Continued participation in the Program after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Desktop Hub makes no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the Program or any products sold through the Program.
Desktop Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Santa Fe, Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Santa Fe, Argentina.
11. Miscellaneous
Affiliates may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent from Desktop Hub.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Desktop Hub reserves the right to withhold commissions if it is determined that payment is unlawful under any jurisdiction.
12. Affiliate Dashboard
Upon approval, affiliates will have access to the
Desktop Hub Affiliate Portal, where they can track their referrals, commissions, and payments. Affiliates can also manage their account details through this portal.
